- Leaders experience dilemmas, challenges, problems and complex disruptions daily. This strategy session is designed for a team of up to three leaders who have experienced, and are navigating an episodic crisis, disruption or unexpected cultural-related disruption.

- Getting to the root cause of a problem or challenge is never easy. Addressing only symptoms to problems and challenges can overload and tax the capacity of Executive and Everyday Leaders.
